Gym training is a very versatile and somewhat complicated topic because of its many aspects and tools. However, each of us at some moments will find ourselves for the first time in a gym. The first time is a very important time, because this is the time the body forms an adaptation to the new pattern of work out in the gym. It is also the period in which muscular growth in the body is highly maximized. Hence this is a period a new athlete should take advantage of.

A proverb once said “if the young man would and the old man could, there would be nothing undone.’’ This, for bodybuilding, fits perfectly. The best muscle growth is more possible at the beginning of the training than later. Unfortunately, this doesn’t happen often due to the inexperience of the athlete. On the other hand, when the athlete gains experience, the impact of the exercise on the body is no longer as powerful as it was in the beginning. This is why I decided to discuss about the ideal start off for practicing bodybuilding.

First of all, what makes a beginner different from a master when it comes to the practice of bodybuilding? The answer is simple. Beginners don’t have the following:

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row admin_label=”Row”][et_pb_column type=”1_2″][et_pb_blurb admin_label=”Blurb” title=”Muscles adaptation for hard work:” url_new_window=”off” use_icon=”off” font_icon=”%%43%%” icon_color=”#11bac9″ use_circle=”off” circle_color=”#11bac9″ use_circle_border=”off” circle_border_color=”#11bac9″ image=”http://iamhealthy24.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/Stress-Adaptation.jpg” icon_placement=”top” animation=”top” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” use_icon_font_size=”off” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]

This makes working out stressful for them and seems destructive rather than productive.

[/et_pb_blurb][et_pb_blurb admin_label=”Blurb” title=”A Technique: ” url_new_window=”on” use_icon=”off” font_icon=”%%43%%” icon_color=”#11bac9″ use_circle=”off” circle_color=”#11bac9″ use_circle_border=”off” circle_border_color=”#11bac9″ image=”http://iamhealthy24.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/5-biggest-bench-press-mistakes-a.jpg” icon_placement=”top” animation=”top” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” use_icon_font_size=”off” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]

This is necessary and very important because it helps to send energy to the right muscles. Without a good technique, weight is likely to fall on secondary muscles and joints. The end result being that the main muscles that need to be built are not.

[/et_pb_blurb][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″][et_pb_blurb admin_label=”Blurb” title=”The mental connection between brain and muscle:” url_new_window=”off” use_icon=”off” font_icon=”%%43%%” icon_color=”#11bac9″ use_circle=”off” circle_color=”#11bac9″ use_circle_border=”off” circle_border_color=”#11bac9″ image=”http://iamhealthy24.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/MindMuscleConnectionChart.jpg” icon_placement=”top” animation=”top” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” use_icon_font_size=”off” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]

This causes a very low efficiency of muscles contraction. As long as there is no agreement between the muscles and the brain, bodybuilding will have no effect on muscle development.

[/et_pb_blurb][et_pb_blurb admin_label=”Blurb” title=”Adaptation:” url_new_window=”off” use_icon=”off” font_icon=”%%43%%” icon_color=”#11bac9″ use_circle=”off” circle_color=”#11bac9″ use_circle_border=”off” circle_border_color=”#11bac9″ image=”http://iamhealthy24.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/Bone-adaptation-1.jpg” icon_placement=”top” animation=”top” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” use_icon_font_size=”off” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]

Other systems and parts of the body need to be adapted to the routine of bodybuilding. Systems such as the circulatory system and parts such as bones and ligaments need to be appropriately adapted for effective muscle growth.

[/et_pb_blurb][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row admin_label=”Row”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]

These are the important foundations in bodybuilding. Without them, it is highly impossible to achieve well-toned and big muscles.

The goal of a beginner should be to prepare the body for maximum muscle growth in the future and not immediate results and maximum increase in the present. To achieve this, consistency is very important. We need to consistently prepare our body systems for the somewhat new tasks of weightlifting and other bodybuilding routines. We also need to prepare the perfect technique that is suited to our individual bodies and guaranteed to produce the desired results. A beginner also needs to learn how to ‘’switch on’’ the necessary muscles from a mental point of view.
