GHRP-6 is a synthetic met-enkephalin analogue and growth hormone releasing peptide. GHRP-6 contains 6 amino acids including unnatural D-amino acids to facilitate growth hormone release (secretagogue). GHRP-6 administered experimental animals showed significant body weight, muscle growth, glucose metabolic rate, heart and brain functions, according to a study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism. Instead of binding with GHRP-6 receptors, the biomolecule acts at ghrelin receptors. The effects of endogenous GH secretagogues differ from recombinant hGH. Endogenous growth hormones contain 5 isoforms; however, exogenous rHGH contains 20 kDal isoform only. Growth hormones release stimulating property of GHRP-6 reduces fat deposition and body mass. GHRP-6 exerts anti-inflammatory property and promotes liver health. Studies are underway to explore and understand the properties of GHRP-6. The molecular weight is 873.014 and molecular formula is C46H56N12O6.

The growth hormone releasing hormone is composed of both isomeric and natural forms of the amino acids in L and D configurations. The sequence is vital in signaling the body to secrete GH while blocking the activity of somatostatin an inhibitor that prevents optimal release of growth hormone.  Research on the efficiency of the GHRP-6 and other blends are underway to ascertain their potency, half-life, and their synergistic approach. GHRP-6 acts on both the pituitary and hypothalamic sites; however, the primary target of the GHRP-6 is the hypothalamus. GHRP-6 activity is inhibited by somatostatin; however, an increased concentration of the hormone results in the increase of GH released per cell. The mechanism of stimulation of the GHRP-6 is not yet known. Moreover GHRP-6 has a positive feedback mechanism in accentuating the release of Ghrelin a hormone which induces hunger, gastric motility and gastric emptying.

Growth hormone releasing hormone is a group of peptides that consists of amino acid sequences, which accentuate the production of growth hormone from the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland. The peptides are important because they activate the G –coupled protein receptors on the base of the brain to release the hormone. You should buy GHRP 6 because it is a very effective peptide, which accentuates cell division, cell development, and cell maturity. This is an important process because it helps in wound repair, the growth of new tissues and cells in the biological system. Unlike other growth hormone secretagogues, the peptide lacks opioid activity. The mechanism of action is through the stimulation of the neuroreceptors on the pituitary gland and this, in turn, causes the release of the peptide from the somatotrophs. The peptide is very different from the natural growth hormone releasing hormone because the amino acid sequence is not similar in any way. The viability of the peptide depends on the mechanism of action and the configuration of the sequence on the chain.

The affinity and the potency of the peptide are dependent on the locking of the peptides to the ligand. Recent studies indicate that the GHRRP 6 peptide work hand in hand with the peptide Sermorelin and the natural growth hormone to produce a net effect, which is the production of growth hormone. Growth hormone releasing hexapeptide was produced after numerous studies, which were focused on the creation of an efficient, more potent and effective growth hormone releasing peptide. There is no D-form of lysine in nature, and the L-form is commonly used in the production of the growth hormone releasing hexapeptide. The peptide sequence stimulates, and signal transduction, and this signal transduction is essential in accentuating the anterior lobe to synthesize and release growth hormone.
